Services
MedLogisticsUSA provides logistics, distribution, import/export, and specialized transport services for medical samples, equipment, laboratory materials, and high-value commercial cargo. Service scope is defined in individual quotes and shipping agreements.
Quotes & Bookings
Quotes provided via website, WhatsApp, phone, or email are estimates subject to verification of cargo details, routes, regulations, and availability. A binding agreement is formed upon written confirmation of booking.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate cargo descriptions, required documentation, permits, and compliance with applicable health, customs, and transport regulations. Misdeclaration may result in delays, additional charges, or service refusal.
Liability
Liability for loss or damage is limited as set forth in the applicable shipping agreement and governing transport regulations. MedLogisticsUSA maintains appropriate insurance coverage; additional coverage may be arranged upon request.
Compliance
All shipments must comply with applicable laws including health, sanitary, import/export, and dangerous goods regulations. We reserve the right to refuse cargo that does not meet compliance requirements.
